Auteur Watch - Albert Hughes

Boy!  Can't ANY of these brother directorial teams stay together?  Albert and Allen Hughes?  The Farrellys?  Even Joel Coen seems to be doing a solo project now.  What is this world coming to?  Anyway, Albert's latest is called Alpha, and it's apparently about a caveman that teams up with a wolf... and changes the world forever.  And given how often the phrase "alpha dog" is used in our culture now, can you even doubt that this is going to be a hit?  But you'd better be careful!  Make sure you satisfy that audience.  I mean, someone thought A Pyromaniac's Love Story was going to be a hit... apparently, it was a flop with both lovers and pyromaniacs.
