A Great Weekend for Sam Raimi

All things considered.  Oz the Great and Powerful is hanging in there, and the Evil Dead remake... I am partial to NOT call it a reboot... came in at #1!  Take THAT, Paranormal Activity.  Even the big boys want in on the low-budge horror game, with shots of the audience jumping out of their seats in horror in the commercials.  Colored green, of course.  And with Diablo Cody helping out with the script, the dialogue will be totes flip with a side of awesome sauce; yes, the youth "vote," so to speak, is locked up, maybe even come MTV Movie Award time.  But we all know that they'll never improve on Evil Dead 2.  Right, Rob Gordon?  The only other debut this week is the 3D version of Jurassic Park.  Yessir, a fine weekend to be Sam Raimi or Steven Spielberg.  Steve Carell, not so much.  Burt Wonderstone fell out of the top 10, and Tina Fey's Admission is soon to be kicked out as well.  I'm sure Tyler Perry's a bit disappointed that his movie's not doing better, but this is his day job and he could probably do with looking for a fallback position.  JMHO
